May 22 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's mutual fund and asset management company NLB Skladi, part of banking group Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJSE:NLBR], has completed the acquisition of North Macedonia's peer Generali Investments A.D. Skopje, the Skopje-based company said on Wednesday.
With the acquisition, NLB Skladi is completing its portfolio of products in North Macedonia with asset management services, Generali Investments said in a press release.

The acquisition was caried out in a block transaction worth 153.9 million denars ($2.7 million/2.5 million euro), according to Skopje bourse data on Wednesday.
NLB Skladi said in November it has agreed to buy the asset management company from Ljubljana-based Generali Investments and three individual shareholders.
Generali Investments AD Skopje is the third-largest investment fund management company in North Macedonia, holding an 18% market share and managing around 48 million euro ($52 million) across four investment funds.
