A general shareholders' meeting will be held on December 12.

NLB said in May it considers a dividend payment of a total of 100 million euro on 2021 earnings in two installments, targeting a cumulative payout of 210 million euro for 2022 and 2023.

NLB booked a consolidated after-tax profit of 236.4 million euro in 2021, down 12% on an annual comparison basis. NLB Group's net operating income rose 32% to 499.9 million euro in 2021, while net interest income grew by 37% to 409.4 million euro.
