Slovenia’s Mercator opens new store in Bosnia’s Serb Republic

BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), November 2 (SeeNews) – Slovenia’s largest food retailer Mercator has opened its fourth store in Banja Luka, the capital of Bosnia's Serb Republic, its local unit said.

The company invested 500,000 marka ($332,020/255,650 euro) in the 620-square metre store, which employs 21, Mercator’s Serb Republic unit M-BL said in a statement on Thursday.

This is Mercator's 11th outlet in the Serb Republic, which together with the Muslim-Croat Federation forms Bosnia.
