Slovenia's Luka Koper plans lower dividend for 2023

April 22 (SeeNews) - Slovenian port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] plans to propose to its shareholders the distribution of a gross dividend of 2.0 euro ($2.13) per share for 2023, lower than the dividend payout of 2.50 euro for the previous year.

Luka Koper will distribute as a dividend a total of 28.0 million euro out of its distributable profit of 43.9 million euro, the port operator said in a filing to the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Friday.

A total of 15.9 million euro of the company's profit will remain undistributed, Luka Koper said.

Luka Koper booked a consolidated net profit of 56.4 million euro in 2023, down from 74.2 million euro in the previous year.
