Slovenia's Luka Koper, Intereuropa, Istrabenz Sell 1.67% Each of Banka Koper to Italy's Intesa Sanpaopo

December 22 (SeeNews) - Slovenian port operator Luka Koper, logistics company Intereuropa and energy-to-tourism company Istrabenz said on Monday each of them has sold its remaining 1.67% stake in local bank Banka Koper to Italy's Intesa Sanpaopo.

Luka Koper and Istrabenz have sold 8,857 shares each for 4,561,355 euro ($6.4 million), the two companies said in separate statements.

Intereuropa has sold 8,856 shares in Banka Koper for 4,560,840 euro, it said in another statement.

Intesa Sanpaolo owned 91.21% of Banka Koper in April 2007, according to the Slovenian bank's website.
