Krka bought 1,182 shares at 107.29 euro each on December 1, 893 shares at 107.67 euro each on December 4, 1,211 shares at 107.83 euro each on December 5, 101 shares at 108.0 euro each on December 6, as well as 1,270 shares at 109.12 euro each on December 7, it said in a bourse filing on Friday.
Prior to the transactions, Krka held 1,899,368 of its own shares. Following the repurchase, it now holds 1,904,025 own shares.
The share purchase is part of Krka's new share buyback programme, launched in July 2023, under which the company plans to acquire a maximum of just over 1.45 million own shares over the following 36 months. The maximum pecuniary amount allocated to the programme is 424.4 million euro.
