Krka bought 880 shares at 115.51 euro each on February 2, 992 shares at 115.50 euro each on February 5, 988 shares at 116.45 euro each on February 6, as well as 1,052 shares at 117.91 euro each on February 7, it said in a bourse filing.
Before the transactions, Krka held 1,933,208 of its shares. Following the repurchase, it now holds 1,937,120 own shares.
The share purchase is part of Krka's new share buyback programme, launched in July 2023, under which the company plans to acquire a maximum of just over 1.45 million own shares over the following 36 months. The maximum pecuniary amount allocated to the programme is 424.4 million euro.
