Slovenia’s Krka buys back 8,521 shares

December 10 (SeeNews) - Slovenian drug maker Krka has bought back 8,521 shares on the Ljubljana bourse for a total of 400,919 euro ($517,346), the company said.

Slovenia’s Krka buys back 8,521 shares

The shares were repurchased from November 30 up to and including December 6, the blue-chip company said in a statement posted on the website of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Friday.

The total number of treasury shares that Krka owns after these transactions is 2,274,109, representing 6.419% of all issued stock.
