Slovenia's Krka buys back 5,944 own shares

October 22 (SeeNews) - Slovenian drug maker Krka said on Monday it has bought back 5,944 own shares for a total of 283,010 euro ($369,446) on the Ljubljana bourse.

Slovenia's Krka buys back 5,944 own shares

The shares were repurchased between October 15 and October 19, the blue-chip company said in a statement posted on the website of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

The total number of treasury shares that Krka owns after these transactions is 2,240,667, representing 6.325% of all issued stock, it added.
