Slovenia's Krka buys back 5,093 own shares

October 15 (SeeNews) - Slovenian drug maker Krka said on Monday it has bought back 5,093 own shares for a total of 243,247 euro ($315,296) on the Ljubljana bourse.

Slovenia's Krka buys back 5,093 own shares

The shares were repurchased between October 8 and October 12, the blue-chip company said in a statement posted on the website of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

The total number of treasury shares that Krka owns after these transactions is 2,234,723, representing 6.308% of all issued stock, it added.
