Slovenia’s Krka buys back 12,798 shares

December 17 (SeeNews) - Slovenian drug maker Krka has bought back 12,798 own shares for a total of 604,326 euro ($795,112) on the Ljubljana bourse, the company said.

Slovenia’s Krka buys back 12,798 shares

The shares were repurchased from December 7 to December 13, the blue-chip company said in a statement posted on the website of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Friday.

Following the transactions, Krka holds 2,286,907 own shares, representing a 6.455% stake.
