Slovenia's Krka buys back 12,367 shares

October 1 (SeeNews) - Slovenian drug maker Krka said Monday it has bought back 12,367 own shares for a combined 606,198 euro ($781,000) on the Ljubljana bourse.

Slovenia's Krka buys back 12,367 shares

The shares were repurchased between September 24 and September 28, the blue-chip company said in a statement posted on the website of the Ljubljana bourse.

The total number of treasury shares that Krka owns after these transactions is 2,221,067, representing 6.270% of all issued stock.
