Slovenia's Jan-Aug new passenger car registrations rise 11% - ACEA

 LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), September 14 (SeeNews) – New passenger car registrations in Slovenia increased 11% year-on-year to 48,834 in the first eight months of 2017, provisional data from the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, indicated on Thursday.

In August alone, new passenger car registrations in Slovenia rose 14% to 4,492.

New passenger car registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, increased by 4.5% year-on-year to 10,232,658 in the period January-August of 2017.

In 2016, passenger car registrations in Slovenia increased 7.1%, reaching 63,674.
