Slovenia's Intereuropa names management board president

Zoric will commence his four-year term in office on March 1, replacing Borut Flander, Intereuropa said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

Flander resigned in January. He took on the role of president of the managing board at Intereuropa in November 2023, succeeding Damijan Vajs who stepped down after slightly more than a year in the position.

Among other positions, Zoric has been the director of GLS General Logistics Systems, part of the British Royal Mail Group, where he was responsible for the overall growth and development of the company and its financial performance, Intereuropa said.
