Triglav is the only bidder in the tender for the 83,330 state-owned shares in Lovcen, news agency MINA-BUSINESS reported on Monday. MINA’s article was sent to SeeNews by the Montenegrin Finance Ministry.

The tender commission should evaluate the bid in 15 days, MINA said. Montenegro opened the tender for its largest insurer, Lovcen Osiguranje, in August. Triglav, together with connected firms, owns more than 50% of the company.
