In March, Slovenia's industrial production went up by 5.9% year-on-year in terms of value, following a 2.7% annual increase in February, the country's statistical office, SURS, said.
The country's industrial production in the mining and quarrying segment grew by 10.2% year-on-year in the first quarter, in the manufacturing sector it fell by 1.8%, whereas output of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning went down 34.5%, SURS said.
