Between November 1 and November 19, HSE's hydropower plants generated 219 GWh of electricity, the company said in a statement on Friday.

In addition, the group's Sostanj thermal power plant produced 267 GWh of electricity from coal extracted at its Premogovnik Velenje coal mine.

In October HSE's power output totalled 995 GWh, some 50% above plan.

HSE generates 60% of the electricity produced in Slovenia and 86% of the electricity from renewable energy sources in the country. It has an installed capacity of 1,990 MW.

HSE sells electricity and all its derivatives and related products in Slovenia and abroad, and is present in 20 European countries.
