Slovenia's Gorenjska Banka to list 73 mln euro bonds on Ljubljana bourse

May 20 (SeeNews) - Slovenian lender Gorenjska Banka plans to list bonds worth 72.6 million euro ($78.9 million) on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on May 21, the bourse said.

A total of 726 Gorenjska Banka bonds will start trading on the bourse, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange said in a statement on Friday.

The bonds, each of them with a nominal value of 100,000 euro, carry a coupon of 9.25%.

The last trading day for the bonds will be November 17, 2027. The bonds will be delisted the following day.

The minimum trading volume will be one lot worth 100,000 euro. The bonds will be offered for sale in an auction trading method.
