The company placed a total of 157 papers, adding to an issue carried out in May, GEN-I said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange earlier this week.
With the issue, GEN-I increased the total number of 12-month commercial papers to 757, it said.
Last month, GEN-I said it is considering the possibility of issuing additional 12-month commercial papers worth 20 million euro ($19.3 million) to increase its liquidity reserves.
In May, GEN-I sold 12-month commercial notes worth a nominal 60 million euro. The company received binding offers from interested investors in a record-high amount of some 70 million euro, which led to the increase of the originally set borrowing amount of 50 million euro by 10 million euro.
The notes are traded on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and their annual interest rate was set at 1.3%.
