May 24 (SeeNews) - Slovenian real estate company Cset said on Friday it has bought 84,759 shares representing 9.44% of the voting rights in Croatian lender Slatinska Banka [ZSE:SNBA].
The acquisition was made through transactions carried out on May 22, Cset said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE), without disclosing further details.
However, Croatian law company Gugic, Kovacic and Krivic, representing Buglarian insurance brokerage Cyber Level, said in a separate filing to the ZSE on Thursday that the Sofia-based company had sold 9.44% of voting rights in Slatinska on Wednesday. Following the disposal, the Bulgarian company has no voting rights in Slatinska, according to the filing of the law company.
According to ZSE data, 84,759 shares of Slatinska Banka changed hands at a price of 13.50 euro ($14.64) apiece in block trading on Wednesday.
In regular trading, Slatinska's shares last traded on Wednesday when they closed flat at 13.90 euro.
