April 23 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's consumer confidence indicator improved by 3 percentage points (pps) on a monthly comparison basis in April, after remaining unchanged in the preceding month, the country's statistical office said on Tuesday.
In annual terms, consumer confidence increased by 5 pps in April, the statistical office said in a statement posted on its website.
All four components of the consumer confidence indicator improved at the monthly level, with expectations about the country’s economy growing by 7 pps, expectations about households’ finances by 3 pps, expectations for major purchases by 2 pps, and current households’ finances also by 2 pps.
All four components also improved at the annual level. Current households’ finances went up by 7 pps, expectations for major purchases also grew by 7 pps, expectations about households’ finances increased by 4 pps, and expectations about the country’s economy improved by 1 pp.
