December 1 (SeeNews) - Slovenian chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] targets an average annual net profit of 16.8 million euro ($18.3 million) in the period between 2024 and 2028, the company said.
The average annual earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) for the 2024-2028 period are estimated at 36.9 million euro, while average annual revenue is seen at 228.9 million euro, Cinkarna Celje said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Thursday.
The dividend policy in 2024-2028 will be stable, with 50% of net profit to be paid as dividends, Cinkarna Celje said.
Sales will continue to be focused mainly on European markets as the company's presence in existing markets will be strengthened in the key strategic business area of Titanium Dioxide, the company noted.
Cinkarna Celje recorded a net profit of 7.2 million euro in the first nine months of 2023, down from 39.5 million euro in the prior-year period. The company recorded an operating profit of 42.3 million euro in 2022, up from 33.2 million euro in the previous year
