LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), October 3 (SeeNews) – Shares of Slovenian chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] recorded the sharpest losses among the blue-chip companies on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Thursday, erasing gains posted in the previous session, bourse data showed.
Cinkarna Celje closed 3.80% lower at 177.0 euro. On Wednesday, the company ended the session at 184.0 euro, up 1.66%.
Insurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] posted the biggest gains among the blue-chip companies on Thursday. The company closed at 17.1 euro, up 1.18%.
The blue-chip SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, ended Thursday's session 0.34% lower at 857.59 points.
Pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the largest portion, of 591,590 euro, of LJSE's trading turnover on Thursday. The bourse's total turnover slightly fell to 932,250 euro ($1.0 million) from 982,420 euro on Wednesday.
