Slovenia's building permits increase 6% m/m in Nov

LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), December 20 (SeeNews) – The number of building permits issued in Slovenia in November rose 6% month-on-month to 583, the office of national statistics said on Friday.

A total of 281 permits were issued for residential projects in November, up 1% compared to October, while 302 permits were issued for non-residential buildings, up 10%, the statistical office said in a statement.

The floor area of the buildings for which permits were issued in November totalled 159,747 sq m, up 19% compared to October.

The construction of 316 dwellings was planned in the permits issued in November, down 3%.
