Slovenia's 2023 new truck registrations up 9.5% y/y - ACEA

Registrations of new light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes increased 7.8% to 7,685 vehicles, ACEA said in a statement, citing provisional data.

New bus registrations in the Alpine country went up 4.8% on the year to 131 vehicles.

In 2023, new van sales surged 14.6% to nearly 1.5 million units in the European Union. The new EU truck registrations grew by 16.3% to 346,986 units, while new EU bus registrations rose to 32,593, up 19.4% to compared to 2022, ACEA said.
