Slovenia's 10-mo c/a surplus rises 2.8%

LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), December 17 (SeeNews) – Slovenia’s current account surplus rose to 1.84 billion euro ($2.3 billion) in the January-October period from 1.79 billion euro a year earlier, central bank data indicated.

Slovenia's 10-mo c/a surplus rises 2.8%

Exports of goods increased to 19.6 billion euro through October from 18.5 billion euro a year ago, while imports rose to 18.5 billion euro from 17.8 billion euro in the review period, data of the Bank of Slovenia showed.

In October alone, the country's current account surplus jumped to 310.4 million euro from 187.3 million euro a year ago.
