Slovenian Shares Continue Drop in Lower Turnover

November 23 (SeeNews) - Slovenian share indices extended their losses on Monday in lower turnover, data of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) showed.

Slovenian Shares Continue Drop in Lower Turnover

The blue-chip SBITOP index fell 0.37% to 1,027.73 points, while the broader SBI20 index was down 0.22% to 4,246.37 points.

On Friday, the SBITOP fell 0.7% and the SBI20 lost 0.69%.

Three of the seven LJSE blue chips ended lower on Monday, and four rose.

Retailer Mercator led the blue-chip decliners, closing 1.48% lower at an average price of 168.21 euro ($252).

Telco Telekom Slovenije led the blue-chip gainers, rising 0.43% to an average price of 139.28 euro.

Drug producer Krka was the most liquid stock in a volume of 5,265 shares, rising 0.09% to an average price of 70.16 euro.

LJSE's total turnover fell to 956,000 euro from Friday's 1.5 million euro.
