October 8 (SeeNews) - Slovenian share indices rose on Thursday, data of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index gained 0.69% to 1,081.40 points and the broader SBI20 index advanced 0.74% to 4,415.03 points.
Only one of the bourses's seven blue chips, rubber-to-tourism holding company Sava, ended lower. Its stock fell 0.92% to an average daily price of 227.40 euro ($335.5) in a volume of 60 stocks.
The other six SBITOP components advanced. Zavarovalnica Triglav led the gainers with a 2.2% rise in its share price to 28.28 euro as 5,314 shares were traded.
Drug maker Krka, a SBITOP heavyweight, was the most liquid company on Thursday as 17,386 of its shares changed hands. The company's stocks added 0.57% to 72.93 euro.
LJSE's total turnover totalled 2.8 million euro on Thursday.
