October 5 (SeeNews) - Slovenian share indices on Monday fell in lower turnover, data of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) showed.

The blue-chip SBITOP index fell 0.52% to 1,055.84 points and the broader SBI20 index lost 0.81% to 4,298.49 points.

On Friday, the SBITOP was down 1.07% and the SBI20 fell 0.83%.

Four of the seven LJSE blue chips closed lower on Monday and three rose.

Rubber-to-tourism holding company Sava led the SBITOP decliners, falling 0.81% to an average daily price of 228.15 euro ($333).

Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor, the nation's second biggest lender by assets, paced the blue-chip advancers, closing 1.07% higher at an average price of 12.30 euro.

Zavarovalnica Triglav was the most liquid company on Monday as 8,478 of its shares changed hands. The stock ended 0.48% lower at an average price of 26.84 euro.

LJSE's total turnover dropped to 1.7 million euro from Friday's 4.9 million euro.
