Slovenian Share Indices Continue Drop, Turnover Up

October 27 (SeeNews) - Slovenian share indices drifted further down on Tuesday in higher turnover, data of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) showed.

Slovenian Share Indices Continue Drop, Turnover Up

The blue-chip SBITOP index fell 1.74% to 1,043.78 points and the broader SBI20 index fell 1.84% to 4,323.16 points.

On Monday, the SBITOP lost 0.91% and the SBI20 fell 0.77%.

All seven LJSE blue chips retreated on Tuesday.

Lender Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor led the SBITOP decliners, closing 4.35% lower at an average daily price of 13.19 euro ($19.6).

Drug maker Krka, a blue-chip heavyweight, was the most liquid stock in a volume of 17,500 stocks, ending 1.64% lower at an average daily price of 70.16 euro.

LJSE's total turnover rose to 2.8 million euro from 2.4 million euro on Monday.
