Slovenian Share Indices Close Mixed, Turnover Up

October 13 (SeeNews) - Slovenian share indices closed mixed on Tuesday as turnover rose, data of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) showed.

Slovenian Share Indices Close Mixed, Turnover Up

The blue-chip SBITOP index edged down 0.03% to 1,091.88 points and the broader SBI20 index rose 0.1% to 4,479.63 points.

On Monday, the SBITOP rose 0.28% and the SBI20 ended 0.58% higher.

Three of the seven LJSE blue chips ended higher and four closed lower.

Rubber-to-tourism holding company Sava led the decliners, ending 2.19% lower to an average price of 223.75 euro ($329.7).

Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor, the nation's second biggest lender by assets, paced the blue-chip advancers, closing 1.12% higher at an average price of 13.49 euro.

Drug maker Krka, a SBITOP heavyweight, was the most liquid company on Tuesday as 21,684 of its shares changed hands. The stock lost 0.2% to 73.96 euro.

LJSE's total turnover rose to 3.7 million euro from 2.3 million euro on Monday.
