Slovenian blue chips extend gains

December 11 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip index of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) rose on Tuesday, bourse data indicated.

Slovenian blue chips extend gains

The SBITOP closed 1.89% higher at 606.59 points after rising 0.46% on Monday.

Six of the seven blue chips of the LJSE rose and home appliances maker Gorenje [LJE:GRVG] closed 1.44% lower at 4.1 euro ($5.3).

Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] led the SBITOP gainers, rising 5.45% to 87 euro.

Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor [LJE:KBMR] was the most traded blue chip with 36,635 shares changing hands. The stock added 0.09% to 1.141 euro.

Total turnover rose to 1.3 million euro from 1.2 million euro on Monday.
