Slovenian blue-chip index rebounds

November 28 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip index of the Ljubljana bourse recovered on Wednesday in decreased turnover, stock exchange data indicated.

Slovenian blue-chip index rebounds

The SBITOP closed 0.16% higher at 585.38 points after falling 0.01% on Tuesday.

Four of the seven blue chips of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) closed lower and three rose on Wednesday.

Retailer Mercator [LJE:MELR] led the blue-chip gainers, rising 1.75% to 116 euro ($150).

Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor [LJE:KBMR] paced the blue-chip decliners, falling 4.24% to 1.13 euro. The stock was the most traded blue chip with 11,678 shares changing hands.

LJSE's total turnover fell to 1.1 million euro from 1.4 million euro on Tuesday.
