The SBITOP added 0.26% to 598.17 points after falling 0.66% on Thursday.
Four of the seven blue chips of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) closed higher on Friday and three fell.
House appliances maker Gorenje [LJE:GRVG] led the blue-chip gainers, rising 4.6% to 4.55 euro ($5.9).
Energy company Petrol [LJE:PETG] led the SBITOP decliners, falling 1.89% to 208 euro.
Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor [LJE:KBMR] was the most traded blue chip with 21,208 shares changing hands. The stock lost 0.29% to a close of 1.386 euro.
LJSE's total turnover halved to 871,880 euro from 1.7 million euro on Thursday.
