Slovenian blue-chip index falls

December 13 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip index of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) fell on Thursday, bourse data indicated.

Slovenian blue-chip index falls

The SBITOP closed 0.82% lower at 603.43 points after adding 0.30% on Wednesday.

Five of the seven blue chips of the LJSE fell and two closed higher.

Retailer Mercator [LJE:MELR] led the blue-chip decliners, falling 4.12% to 115.05 euro ($150).

Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] led the SBITOP gainers, rising 1.04% to 87.5 euro.

Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor [LJE:KBMR] was the most traded blue chip with 134,188 shares changing hands.

Total turnover fell to 1.2 million euro from 2.1 million euro on Wednesday.
