Slovenia says over 10 expressions of interest filed for Adria Airways stake

September 13 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's government-run Capital Assets Management Agency, AUKN, said over 10 non-binding expressions of interest have been filed for participation in the sale of a 74.87% of flag carrier Adria Airways.

AUKN said in a statement on Wednesday that the sale process is proceeding as planned.

The public invitation for non-binding expressions of interest was issued in early August with September 10 as the submission deadline.

Barons Financial Services is acting as the advisor in the sale process which was initiated by AUKN, Nova Ljubljanska Banka, Abanka Vipa, PDP, Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank and UniCredit Banka Slovenija which collectively own 99.87% of Adria Airways.
