Skopje, Ohrid airports passenger traffic up 18.7% y/y in Jan-Apr

May 17 (SeeNews) - Passenger numbers at North Macedonia’s international airports in Skopje and Ohrid rose to 893,993 in the first four months of the year, up 18.7% compared with the same period of last year, Aeroports de Paris (ADP) said.

In April alone, passenger numbers came in at 252,588, down 2.7% from April 2023, ADP said in a statement on Thursday.

Aircraft movements at the two airports reached 7,343 in January-April, up 22.2% compared to the first four months of 2023.

In April alone, there were 2,078 aircraft operations at the two airports, 12.9% more than in April of last year.

ADP owns 46% of Turkey’s TAV Airports, the company operating the airports in Skopje and Ohrid.
