Skopje bourse benchmark index down 0.4% in week ended Oct 14

October 14 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip MBI-10 index of the stock exchange in Skopje closed at 5,535.12 on Friday, down 0.4% from its closing value of 5,558.79 on October 7.

Turnover on the official market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) fell to 29.8 million denars ($471,900/483,100 euro) in four trading sessions this week, from 52.4 million denars in five trading sessions last week.

The bourse was closed on October 11 due to a national holiday.

Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] contributed most to trading turnover the MSE this week, 13.1 million denars, as 1,223 of the bank's shares changed hands in a total of 77 transactions.

The MSE's OMB bond index closed at 125.67 points, unchanged from last Friday.
