Shareholders agree to jointly sell 60.15% of Slovenian edible oil maker Gea

LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), December 24 (SeeNews) – A consortium of owners have signed a deal to sell a combined 60.15% stake in Slovenian edible oil maker Tovarna Olja Gea [LJE:GSBG], Gea said on Wednesday.

The deal was signed on Monday by financial companies KD Kapital, KD Skladi, KD Group, insurer Adriatic Slovenica, and the state-owned Bank Asset Management Company (BAMC), which jointly hold 754,859 Gea shares, Gea said in a statement on its website.

The sale process of the company will be coordinated by KD Group and will be assisted by a financial advisor.

Tovarna Olja Gea produces pumpkin seed oil, refined and cold-pressed table oils as well as biodiesel.
