Serbia’s Untermolo to build 1MW solar park in Zitoradja

November 22 (SeeNews) - Serbian company Untermolo plans to build a 1 MW solar park in the southern town of Zitoradja, in Nis municipality, the local government said.

The solar park will span 1.64 hectares, the Nis government said in the municipal gazette issue published online on Monday, announcing the launch of a detailed planning process for the project.

According to the Serbian business registry, Novi Sad-based Untermolo is wholly owned by private individual Jelena Crnic. It was established in July 2007 with a capital of 40,527 dinars ($380/345 euro).

Approached by SeeNews for information on the value of the planned investment, a Nis municipal gpvernment official declined to comment. Representatives of Untermolo were unavailable for comment by the time this article was published.
