The Vrsevac 1 solar park will span around 1.4 hectares, the Kursumlija municipal government said in project documents published last week.

According to the Serbian business registry, Toplica Green Energy is owned by Nebojsa Simic and Milovan Mijajlovic, holding stakes of 51% and 49%, respectively. The company was established in November 2023.

Approached by SeeNews for information about the size of the planned investment, a Kursumlija municipal official declined to comment. Toplica Green Energy has not responded to a SeeNews e-mail seeking comment by the time this article was published.
