October 31 (SeeNews) - Serbia's September industrial output rose by 2.1% on the year after falling by an annual 4.4% in August, the country's statistics office said on Friday.

Serbia's September Industrial Output Rises 2.1% Y/Y – Table

The September industrial output was 1.8% higher than last year's average, the office said in a statement posted on its website. In August, output was 4.6% lower than the 2007 average.

In the first nine months of 2008, industrial production rose by 3.1% on the year.
