BELGRADE (Serbia), October 30 (SeeNews) – Serbia’s September industrial output dropped 6.3% on the year after falling by an annual 10% in August, the country’s statistics office said on Friday.
In September, Serbia’s industrial output was 5.7% lower than last year’s average, the office said in a statement on its website. In August, industrial production was 15% lower than the 2008 average.
Industrial output contracted by 15% in the first nine months of 2009, compared to the same period of 2008.
