Serbia’s Rudnici i Topionica Zajaca places 300 mln dinars (2.7 mln euro) bond

BELGRADE (Serbia), November 27 (SeeNews) – Serbian mining company Rudnici i Topionica Zajaca, has placed a 120-day bond issue worth 300 million dinars ($3.5 million/2.7 million euro), the brokerage agency in charge of the transaction said.

Rudnici i Topionica Zajaca, a unit of Serbian diversified company Koncern Farmakom MB, sold on Monday 30,000 bonds at 10,000 dinars each, equal to their par value, Makler Invest said in a filing to the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House.

The bonds bear a monthly interest rate of 1.6% and will mature on March 26, 2013.

This is the company 22th bond issue.
