Serbia’s Rudnici i Topionica Zajaca places 150 mln dinars (1.3 mln euro) bond

BELGRADE (Serbia), October 10 (SeeNews) – Serbian mining company Rudnici i Topionica Zajaca, has placed a 76-day corporate bond issue worth 150 million dinars ($1.7 million/1.3 million euro), the bank in charge of the transaction said on Wednesday.

Rudnici i Topionica Zajaca, a unit of Serbian diversified company Koncern Farmakom MB, has sold 15,000 bonds for 10,000 dinars apiece, equal to their par value, Postanska Stedionica said in a filing to the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House.

The bonds bear an annual interest rate of 22.75% and will mature on December 25.

This is the company 21th bond issue.
