Serbia's Power Monopoly EPS, Spanish Solar Energy Equipment Maker Wattpic Sign Cooperation Deal - Media

BELGRADE (Serbia), October 19 (SeeNews) – Serbia’s power monopoly EPS and Spanish photovoltaic equipment producer Wattpic have agreed to coopperate in the application of solar energy solutions, Serbian news provider EMportal reported.

“Spain and Wattpic are leaders in solar energy application and EPS is promoting the application of renewable energy resources, which will nclude solar energy,” EMportal (www.emportal.rs) quoted EPS CEO Dragomir Markovic as saying on Friday.

The protocol includes a feasibility study, the deployment of European know-how and a feasibility study on locations for setting up solar collectors, Markovic said.

Wattpic is specialized in solar tracking technology and smart grids.
