Serbia’s Pestan to open retail park in Arandjelovac in 2025 - report

February 22 (SeeNews) - Serbian company Pestan plans to open a retail park in the central municipality of Arandjelovac in early 2025, local media reported on Thursday.

The size of the investment in the retail park was not disclosed.

Construction work is expected to begin in the next few months, news portal eKapija reported.

The shopping centre will accommodate fifteen stores, restaurants and cafes, spanning a total of 10,000 sq m. Two hundred people will be employed in the retail park.

According to the Serbian business registry, Pestan is wholly owned by private individual Bozidar Petkovic. It was established in September 1997.
