Serbia's Pekarska Industrija to delist after buyout

February 8 (SeeNews) - Serbian baking goods maker Pekarska Industrija Pancevo [BEL:PKRP] said it plans to delist from the Belgrade bourse after local wine maker Rubin squeezed out minority shareholders in December.

The proposal will be put to vote at an extraordinary shareholders' meeting that will be held on February 14, Pekarska Industrija said in a filing with the Belgrade bourse on Wednesday.

Pekarska Industrija has a total of 90,567 listed shares of nominal value 1 dinar ($0.009/0.009 euro).

Its shares did not trade on the bourse in the past year.

(1 euro = 117.146 dinars)
