Serbia's Novi Sad gets 50 mln euro shopping centre

October 12 (SeeNews) - Israeli company Big Shopping Centers (BIG) has launched a 50 million euro ($64.9 million) mall in the Serbian city of Novi Sad, the city authorities said.

Serbia's Novi Sad gets 50 mln euro shopping centre

The shopping centre has an area of 40,000 square metres and a footprint of 9.0 hectares, the municipality said in a statement issued after the official launch on Thursday.

Novi Sad is the second largest city in Serbia and the administrative seat of the northern province of Vojvodina.
