Serbia’s Milenium Grup places 180-day bond issue

BELGRADE (Serbia), October 26 (SeeNews) – Serbian trading company Milenium Grup placed a 20 million dinar ($227,200/175,000 euro) 180-day bond issue, the brokerage house in charge of the transaction said on Friday.

Serbia’s Milenium Grup places 180-day bond issue

Milenium Grup sold 2,000 bonds at 10,000 dinars each, equal to their par value, BDD Dunav Stockbroker said in a filing to the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House.

The bonds bear an annual interest rate of 10.5% and mature on April 24, 2013.

This is Milenium Grup's third short-term bond issue.
